Q. How much will it cost?

A. Nothing. We pay all costs associated with buying your home.

Q. I've just received a foreclosure notice. Can you help?

A. Yes we can. If you act fast! In Georgia you only have four weeks before your house is sold. There are a number of options available depending on your situation. Together we can prevent the foreclosure and preserve your credit rating.

Q. I've completed the information form. When will I here from you?

A. Very soon. We'll review your submission and call to acknowledge receipt of the information.

Q. Who will you share the information with?

A. The information you provide via the form will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside Cheshire Home Solutions.

Q. I don't have all the answers to your questions. What should I do?

A. No problem, complete as many of the questions as you can answer. Obviously the more information you provide, the more accurate our assessment will be. At a minimum we do require your name, contact information and address of the property.

Q. If we complete the form, are we obligated to you in anyway?

A. Absolutely not. You will not be obligated to us until after we have presented an agreeable solution and you enter into an agreement with us.

Q. Do you only buy single family homes?

A. We purchase homes of all types of homes. Anything from a mobile homes with land attached to multi-unit buildings.

Q. I'm behind in my mortgage payments. Will you buy my house?

A. Yes, depending on the situation, we can make up the back payments.

Q. I'm in bankruptcy. Can you buy my house?

A. Yes, we can work with the trustee to remove your house from the bankruptcy.

Q. My home is in need of repair. Will you buy my house?

A. Yes. The condition of your house in not important. We will buy your house in "as-is" condition.

Q. How soon can you buy my house?

A. We will make every attempt to purchase your house in a short time frame. Once we have received your information, we will evaluate the property and your situation. Then we will schedule a time for us to meet and discuss options of how we can help you. Once we have agreed on a solution, we can close in 14 to 30 days or at a time convenient to you.

Q. I have my house listed with a Realtor. Can you still buy it?

That depends on your agent. We suggest contacting your Realtor and asking if they are willing to adjust their commission if you find a buyer.
